Overview

PH Torre del Mar is the full design, millwork, furniture restoration and construction of an apartment in Paitilla, Panamá City, where the ocean view becomes the backdrop for every social space.

The social areas — living room, family room and dining room — are organized around a curated art collection set against moulded walls and custom wood paneling. A blue-lacquered bar with lit display cases and a wine fridge anchors the dining room, while restored furniture pieces sit alongside new upholstered additions in neutral tones over terrazzo flooring.

In the private areas, the millwork continues in the primary bedroom with a built-in wood headboard and a custom-designed walk-in closet, complemented by marble bathrooms and a kitchen with light wood cabinetry. The journey ends on the balcony, with a bar and open ocean view.
