Our History
Six years building a vision
Ameijeiras Design Co. was born from a way of understanding spaces: not only as places to be designed or built, but as projects that must be considered as a whole.
Our story began six years ago, and since then, every project has helped shape how we work, evolve and understand design. Along the way we've completed and delivered more than 70 projects, building a track record backed by experience and a team of more than 20 collaborators who make it possible to carry every idea from concept to execution.
Today, Fernando and Rocío lead Ameijeiras Design Co. from two complementary perspectives: project management and execution, and interior design. Together with a multidisciplinary team, they bring design, planning and execution together under one vision.
Six years later, we keep evolving under the same premise: creating spaces with intention, caring for every detail, and turning every project into an expression of the people who live in it.

Fernando Ameijeiras
Fernando Ameijeiras is Co-Founder and Project Manager of Ameijeiras Design Co., responsible for leading the planning, coordination and execution of projects from conception through delivery.
With a practical, structured and detail-oriented approach, Fernando connects the design vision with its execution, coordinating teams, timelines, resources and the different stages needed to bring each project to life.
His work focuses on ensuring the original design intent is faithfully translated into the built space, maintaining clear communication, efficient management and constant attention to quality throughout the process.
Together with Rocío, he brings a complementary vision that unites creativity and execution — two fundamental pillars of how Ameijeiras Design Co. works.
Rocío Ameijeiras
Rocío Ameijeiras is Co-Founder and Interior Design Director at Ameijeiras Design Co., where she brings a creative vision focused on creating spaces that balance aesthetics, functionality and personality.
With a particular sensitivity for materials, color, textures and details, she approaches every project seeking to create environments with intention — timeless and connected to the people who inhabit them.
At Ameijeiras Design Co. she leads the creative vision for interior design projects, from conceptualization and space planning through the selection of materials, finishes, furniture and final details.
Her approach starts from a simple idea: every element should have a purpose, and together they should build a coherent, authentic experience.

Permitting
Preparing and coordinating the approvals needed to move from paper to site.
