What does the process look like, from first consultation to final delivery?
We start with an initial consultation to understand your vision, how the space will be used, and your budget. From there we develop the design concept, technical drawings and material selection, and stay involved on site through construction until final delivery, making sure every detail stays true to the original proposal.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope: a focused interior design project can take 2 to 4 months, while a full new-build architecture and construction project usually takes 8 to 18 months, including design, permitting and execution. We set a clear timeline from the start so you know what to expect at every stage.
Do you work with budgets of any size, and what is your price range?
We work with clients across a range of investment levels, adapting scope and materials to fit the available budget without compromising design quality. During the initial consultation we review your goals and give you a realistic estimate before moving forward.
What areas of Panama do you work in?
We work mainly in Panama City and its surrounding areas, though we have also completed projects in other provinces. Send us your project location and we will gladly assess the logistics.
Do you handle renovations, or only new construction?
Both. We have experience with new-build projects from the ground up as well as renovations and remodels of existing spaces, adapting our process to the particular conditions of each site.
Do you offer real estate services in addition to design and construction?
